In prior versions of MS Office, there was just one way to change the page dimensions – using the wheel (on the ideal side of this printer toolbar). However, in Windows Vista and later, it is possible to change the page size with the Print dialog box. To do this, click on the Select button on the Print dialog box. In previous versions, there was just a single page dimensions, however in Windows Vista and after that there are two page sizes: small and big. To change the page dimensions, simply underline the page that you wish to publish, click the okay button and then pick the custom-size choice in the pop up menu.

When you are printing a document in Portable Document Format, you can change its screen as well as the colour and orientation using the arrow buttons at the Print toolbar. By using the arrow keys and the left and right arrows, then you can move the custom size paper sizes to different regions of the screen. You may even flip pages by using the page up and down buttons on your keyboard. What’s more, if the edge of the page is different from the remainder of the text or whether you would like to align with the paper dimensions together with the other lines in the document, you can use the page up and page down buttons or the keyboard arrow keys to achieve that.

Finally, it’s advisable to apply the custom-size paper size setup to the printing processes. As an instance, you can set it up so the printer driver will automatically detect the paper size setting and make a perfect copy. This feature is available once the system was installed in a computer which has an installation of the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader. You should also make sure that the drivers installed on your computer are compatible with the applications programs that you’re using.
